Floorplan
Modular living reaches new heights
Amenities & Features
Our team has worked tirelessly to bring you PIQUE’s very first two-storey design — architect-designed, elevated and unapologetically PIQUE.
The Shack takes modular living to new heights, uniting four modules in a double-storey design that feels expansive, refined and quietly bold. At its heart, the ground floor is about connection — an open kitchen, dining and living area that extends seamlessly outdoors, inviting both celebration and everyday ease. Upstairs, a private sanctuary awaits, carefully zoned for balance, rest and retreat.
Designed by Keen Architecture, the home is grounded in clean lines and thoughtful proportions. Generous windows frame the landscape, flooding each room with natural light and creating a constant dialogue with the outdoors. Warm finishes soften the bold architecture, striking harmony between sophistication and comfort.
From lively summer evenings on the balcony to quiet mornings in the kitchen, The Shack adapts to every moment. It’s a home that holds both openness and intimacy — designed to grow with you and offer retreat when you need it most.
The Shack comes pre-engineered by Keen Architecture - meaning you can go wild with finishes and flair, but the framework stays locked in. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
